Playing catch up...

It's been a while since I posted, so I'll try to catch up on what's been happening.  We made it through Thanksgiving, and it was AWESOME!  I made the turkey and the sides, my mother-in-law made the pies and my stepmom made the appetizer.  We had a great time, and the boys had fun.  Here's a picture of my beautiful bird!



Since then we've been busy as all get out!  Some how the weeks just fly by.  Roy is doing great at school, and he is talking so much now!  He's starting to put sentences together, which is an amazing thing.  One day in the car we saw a school bus and from the back seat he says "Roy drive school bus".  I couldn't believe it!  And he went on to say that he was going to drive a tow truck, dump truck, trash truck, backhoe...you get the idea.  He's also started counting!  Most of the time when I ask I can get him to 5 without a problem, sometimes he even goes to 10!  He is learning so much, it's amazing to watch him every day.

Jack is now working on rolling everywhere.  He can get from his belly to his back and then back to his belly.  I just had to stop him from grabbing the Christmas tree!  And we had solid food for the first time the other day!  He seemed to enjoy the sweet potatoes and rice cereal.  I am noticing that it's a lot harder to find time to feed him than it was with Roy.  I remember thinking that I was so busy with Roy, and I had NO idea back then what busy really is!  But it's a good kind of busy, believe me.  All is good!
